Ron Williams, a graduate of York
University's Osgoode Hall law school was called to the Bar in 1974. Upon moving
to St. Catharines from Hamilton, he first practised with the law firm of Shantz
Greenspan. In 1976, along with Bill Heelis, he founded the firm.
Ron heads the Real Estate Practice of the firm, while
also practicing in the general areas of Commercial Law and Wills and
Estates.
Ron views a real estate transaction from the practical
side, always looking to close the transaction in the best interests of the
client. He recognizes that a commercial plaza or home purchase is doubtless the
most costly expenditure that an individual is likely to make, not to mention
the emotional commitment involved.
Ron is active in the community as a member of the
Rotary Club, Past President of Congregation B'Nai Israel and a Director of the
Niagara Rehab. Centre. |
