Dear clients and friends,
Consistent with the advice of local and national health experts, the majority of our lawyers and staff are currently working remotely. We have made significant technological investments to ensure that we are able to provide seamless service during this challenging time. While we expect that most business will be conducted remotely for the foreseeable future, we will coordinate directly with our clients if in-person meetings are absolutely necessary. Meetings at our office will be appointment only and the offices will otherwise be closed and/or locked. Our lawyers and staff are attending to our files, and will be in touch directly with clients about any urgent matters, and quite likely to reschedule matters that we collectively agree with our clients to be less urgent.
We have taken these steps because the health and safety of our staff and clients remains our top priority during this period of uncertainty. Please let us know if we can assist in any way as you make your own adjustments.
We will continue to monitor, evaluate and respond to the situation as it evolves, and will take all necessary precautions to safeguard our staff, clients and the communities in which we live and work.
